Having children is a gift but when it times to clean up their playroom, it could be disaster. Even the storage options are endless just for keeping their toys and stuffs. It is better to ask them for cleaning their toys and stuff instead yelling at them all day long, thus they will have a finger in the pie. Try few tips and trick below.

Use tub to place toys. Choose the tub that best suits to the needs which comes in many bright colors and sizes. On the other hand, let the children name the tub according to the toys or stuffs inside. It is also help them learning to categorize and organize.

Drawing and coloring are children’s favorite. Help them to keep their crayons, colored pencils and other with a bucket to place it all. The bucket is also use for keeping toiletries. It does not need to buy, made by our self with the children color preferences and based on the needs.

An elegant solid wood furniture may draw the attention but it is not suitable for children instead it endanger them. Use the small baskets separately, or stack them in smaller spaces. Try adding labels to the baskets for each child or each task, and there will never be scrambling for field trip forms or pens and pencils again.

Nowadays, many families prefer to buy furniture from material like plywood to solid wood. This is definitely the opposite from the grand grandparent era where furniture is made of solid. The main reason is that solid wood furniture is expensive compared to the engineered one.

Nevertheless, do they know that there is dangerous substance found in pressed wood products? The indoor pollutant such as formaldehyde found dominant in those products. The perception of buying furniture seen from the price has to change immediately or the safety and health of the members of family endangered.

Formaldehyde, a known carcinogen, is a colorless gas used in home building materials and household products. Furniture made of plywood, veneer, or medium density fiber (MDF) use formaldehyde as a method of treating the wood and keeping parasites out. It is also can be found in rugs, glues, paint, fuel-burning appliances, like gas stoves and other natural events. This means it can be present in high levels both indoors and outdoors.

The dangerous side from formaldehyde is the health effects. The health effects of formaldehyde are from watery, burning eyes to nausea and trouble breathing. Even the high levels may trigger attacks in people with asthma, to cause cancer in animals and may cause cancer in humans.

Homeowner has to start to prevent the healthy problem by:
•    Change the furniture to safer material like solid wood.
•    If budget becomes a problem then choose wood alternative.
•    Increase ventilation as much as possible and windows weather is permitting.
•    Use a fan or open the door regularly to get rid the pollutant out.
•    Put some green plants that absorb chemicals and replace the air with clean oxygen, leading to a healthier home. Plants are like, peace lily, green spider plant, and golden pathos, and sansevieria are recommended.

Being safe and healthy in term of comfort living environment is now easy to do so I suppose.

Most people are taking care of their wooden furniture especially solid wood furniture that its price usually higher than others. The treatment is for keeping its beauty and originality. However have taken a good care; there are still any scratches and stains. Therefore, here giving some tips for taking care of solid wood furniture.

At times as small thing can be so useful to clean up furniture.  A felt tipped pens can be used to hide small scratches or use shoe polish on its surface to cover stains. Nevertheless, if there any stains by cups or glasses rough it up using abrasive paper. In addition, for stains of cigarette ash can be roughed up with abrasive paper mixed with cooking oil. To prevent stains from having water rings, always use wooden coaster. Use scratch cover product to hide any scratches on your wooden furniture surface. Wine cabinet or refrigerator is a convenient object for storing wines in short term condition (days up to months).
