The bone health is very important to support various human activities. Today, Osteoporosis which is known as bone disease become one of dangerous disease and can even cause death. Many of food manufacturers offered varied products containing calcium to nourish the bone. However, calcium itself is not sufficient to meet the needs of the bone. Vitamin D is also needed by the bone. We are able to get it from the sunlight in the morning which is good for the bone for free.  Unfortunately at this particular time many of people are in the house or building since it is time to work or study at school. The nutrients can be obtained for free but most people are not utilizing it properly.

Semi-outdoor dining room can be used as a place to get vitamin D from sunlight while having breakfast with the family in the morning. The dining room is near to the patio that both are separated only by glass wall and glass door. In the morning, you may open the glass door to feel the warm sunlight and the fresh that can enter the room freely. The warmth of the sun light will form vitamin D in our bones. Then together with the calcium which contained in the breakfast meals would be the perfect nutrition for bone. This dining room is also good for air circulation because of the fresh morning air will flow freely. Moreover, we can enjoy the garden view from the dining room.

The dining room is not only for breakfast, but also can be used for lunch or even dinner. To provide shades from afternoon sun light, we can use window shades or blinds made by natural material or synthetic. To bring the natural atmosphere, you can add potted plants in the corner. In addition, the use of the natural furniture such rattan furniture or wicker furniture can improve the natural atmosphere.
